EventStorming |> Actor Model
(Talk, Intermediate)
Most people adopting the patterns and practices of Domain-Driven Design also have learned to use EventStorming as a collaborative and creative method to build, collect and share business knowledge among all participants of a project. At its lowest level, the knowledge obtained hereby can easily be transformed to code when using the actor model architecture.
At less detailed levels, however, a possible solution becomes less obvious. By employing organisational methods borrowed from business economics the duality to the actor model's structure and operation can easily be observed.
Thus, even growing solutions may get implemented using an actor model with reasonable effort yet staying comprehensible.
This talk will dive into these ideas and demonstrate that this scenario can become reality for everyone.
